What is Axiim's return policy?

You may return the full system purchased on within 30 calendar days of your shipping date, subject to the terms below.

A return authorization is required for any refund. Any product shipped to us without a return authorization number (RMA#) is not eligible for our refund policy and will be returned to the customer at his or her expense.

If, within 30 calendar days of the date of your shipping date, you would like to return the item(s), please email your refund request to:, include your name, address and order number. You will then be contacted by one of our representatives about your request. Gift purchases must be returned by the original purchaser.

RMA#’s are valid for only 10 calendar days from the date issued. Product received past the return period may be refused and returned. Products must be returned in the original packaging with all accessories originally included with the product. Additional product return instructions may be required. Notification will be sent to the email and/or billing address you provided, should your return not be accepted.
