How do I send a diagnostic?

There are two ways to send a Q diagnostic, one from the phone app, and one from from the Q settings menu.  Please see below:

  • The Phone App (The Best Way):  
  1. Select the "App Menu" button (icon with 4 square boxes) directly to the left of the directional key pad in the center of the screen.
  2. Select the "Diagnostics" button ( icon with wrench & screwdriver).
  3. Enter in a detailed description of the problem and what you where doing when it occurred.
  4. Hit send.

OR

  • Directly from the Q menu (USB keyboard recommended):
  1. Select "Settings" > "More" > "Support" > "Send Diagnostic"
  2. Enter in a brief description of your issue.
  3. Select "Send"
