There are two ways to send a Q diagnostic, one from the phone app, and one from from the Q settings menu. Please see below:
- The Phone App (The Best Way):
- Select the "App Menu" button (icon with 4 square boxes) directly to the left of the directional key pad in the center of the screen.
- Select the "Diagnostics" button ( icon with wrench & screwdriver).
- Enter in a detailed description of the problem and what you where doing when it occurred.
- Hit send.
- Directly from the Q menu (USB keyboard recommended):
- Select "Settings" > "More" > "Support" > "Send Diagnostic"
- Enter in a brief description of your issue.
- Select "Send"
